According to my operator's manual, it should have 18.24 HP unless it has been bored a little over or had the gasoline manifold and "Cyclone" head installed.

18 is close enough, though.

Nebraska tests on these are a little mis-leading, as they were done with all fuel as the fuel.

Expect more power using regular gas, even with the stock engine equipment.
 
Gas cannot make more power in an all fuel engine. It contains alot fewer btu's per gallon, & only makes more power if the engine has been changed- higher compression pistons mainly. The cold manifold just aids in detonation control. This would be why it was only tested on tractor fuel @ nebraska.
