I been having gas drip out of the throttle shaft bottom hole on the carb when on full choke and its been hard to start. What do i need to do to stop this and get the fuel into the motor. Thanks

How many times do you roll the flywheel over with full choke?

It will do it after four clicks two compression two intakes and the gas is running You stop choking it stop but still wont start?

Sounds like the float is stuck/set incorrectly on the carb. letting too much gas in.
