How to Mount JD 420W front weight M3240T

I have a 1958 JD 420W and recently picked up a M3240T front end weight. The threaded posts on the front of the tractor are much smaller (even with nuts on them) than the mounting holes in the weight. Were there bushings/threaded collar or something placed on the mounting posts? The threaded posts are also short compared to the thickness of the weight. I can take out the threaded posts and put longer ones in as they are just bolts threaded from the radiator side of the front end going forward, but even then it wouldn't look correct due to the size difference in holes in the weight. If I haven't described this clearly let me know, and I'll try to clarify.
Any information would be appreciated!

Yes, there is some mounting hardware that goes with this weight. # 2 in the diagram is what you are looking for. You could use any kind of pipe or etc to make it fit if you can't locate any originals.
