Maybe your needle valve in the carb is stuck open and letting fuel run into the cylinders. You should always shut of the fuel when it is not running
 
Was looking past the carb, as I always shut the fuel off and the carb had been "rebuilt" Guess he didn't do such a good job, cause I swapped the carb with one off a running B, and it started right up!
