Do I have to use a hook style top link on my 4010? Or can I just get one at TSC or fleet farm? If so what size and are bushings needed. Thanks

As wolfman says the space in front of the top link pin is small. If you can"t come up with a Deere one, find one with the smallest ball that you can and even then you will more than likely have to grind the front of the ball to have room for it to pivot. Center link pin is 3/4 on tractor end, depends on you for other end. Don"t remember the length.

Here's the spec's of the center link attaching on tractor end. Spec's aren't available for center link part that attaches to tractor on JDparts.com as part is NLA.

They will work if you get right one.Still best to get original one They usually bring around $150.There are two different pin sizes and you need smaller one for 3010/early4020.
