I have mine insured thru Hagerty. They cover collector Tractors, but are best known for collector car coverage. Rates are very reasonable and the people know what they are talking about. Check them out 1-800-922-4050 Traverse City Mi.

I agree with JD50A, I don't have insurance on mine, but I have heard a LOT of good about Hagerty both through the tractor community and through the classic car community because we collect 70's Mussel cars. Bryce

Bryce, now that you bring it up, I have a 45 "B", 50 "A" Puller, and a 52"AO PLUS, a 66 Caprice 2dr HT with a 283 ,Crower cam ,Holly 4 bbl, Headers w/ magnaflows, shift kit, 64000 orig. miles. A nice driver. Total Insurance cost per Yr. $230.00 Good coverage on all.

I have CWG insurance see below. CWG is licensed only in certain states. You can also check w/ an Inland Marine policy w/ your current home/auto insurance policy. An Inland Marine policy basically covers your personal property no matter where it is. The good thing about CWG is you have liability insurance for tractor shows if a mishap would occur. Also CWG quoted rates are lower than Hagerty. I have never had a claim w/ my CWG policy, but they are rated A++. I hope this helps.

I live in Maryland and have mine through my nationwide homeowners. I only have a couple of tractors so I don"t know about collections. It also gives me liability for shows, parades, etc.

Have you thought about a monitoring company like ADT, they can install smoke alarms, door alarms, break-in alarms, install a remote phone dialer, and you're all protected.

I actually manage the collector tractor program at CWG (mentioned in an earlier post) and could certainly answer any questions you might have about insuring your tractor collection. Our company has been in business for over 100 years and is headquartered in the heart of tractor country in Des Moines, IA. If you would like to discuss anything, feel free to call me at 1-800-603-3330 and ask for Mike Elam. Thank you.
