4430 tractor clutch issue

My 4430 the clutch seemes to be slipping under load it is also hard to get int gear at times is this a big problem?

What type trans? Quad-range,Syncro-range or Powershift

They are not bad to change out but you will need some one with the set-up tool to adjust it.

The hyd 2 speed(hi-lo) could also be slipping. It's time to check some pressures with a gauge. 165 psi

You can check the pressure, like Jim said it should be around 165psi,,But from what i see going through here you most likely need the clutch serviced, new plates, operating seals and re-set..
