john deere 3010 wont run above an idle

I have a john deere 3010 gas that won't run above an idle. It runs smooth at idle but it just spits and pops and then dies if you give it more than a 1/4 throttle. The card was rebuilt and new points and condenser and plugs and cap and rotter. Any help would be much appreciated.

No fuel thru the load circuit. Something is plugged.

Well I think I've tried just about everything. New fuel pump, fuel filter, rebuilt the carburetor. Can't seem to find any vacuum leaks. About ready to call the local john deere dealer and have them take a look at it.
