They have 4 bearing that roll on 2 shafts when the seat moves back and forth if the bearings are still together put a little oil or thin grease on the 2 shafts they move on.

I can't get it to print but the bearings I think are in part no ar81169 I do know they ride on part no. r64720 (rail) Seat support hydracushioned

Here's the parts schematic with the part numbers you listed. I think those can't be the correct brgs because of the correlation of the adjustment handles in the photo BUT I've been incorrect before.

Thanks for the pic I have bearings for my 4640 and I do know that they run on the 2 round rods that the seat floats front to back on. It has been a while since I looked at it. My brother borrowed it 5 years ago and I haven't used it since then I do know that the 4 bearings /kit was over $100 .
