As long as we're on this topic, the 2020 that I have will raise and lower the 3 pt ok. When you do raise it though, the power steering goes away. As soon as it is up, it comes back. I have checked the pressure and it is as it should be when the 3pt is not in use. As soon as you raise it, it drops to 0. It has a clean screen, new filter, clean screen on pump, and not spraying in rockshaft. It has a HI-LO shifter also.

Sounds as if pressure control valve on RH side by hyd filter is faulty.Where are you taking the pressure reading? Checking both trans & frt hyd pump with a flowrater would be nice. Have you tried operating 3 pt with the hyd hi-lo in both speeds? does your tractor have hyd ind pto?

I checked the pressure by disconnecting the line to the steering column. It pops right up when the 3 pt quits moving. I haven't tried it with the HI-LO in different spots that I know of. It could have been in either position when I did. No independent pto.

It still appears that pressure(priority) valve isn't doing it's job of giving priority pressure to steering. What was stand-by pressure before raising 3 pt?

I believe it was 2200 or 2300 psi.

I'd suggest to check pressure control valve.
