jd 494A seed hoppers

I have a JD 494A planter and need two smaller seed hoppers so I can change to 30 inch rows. Was wondering if anyone knew where there are some.

These smaller hoppers are the same as were used on the 290-490 planters. They shouldn't be too hard to find. Mike

494A planters require a dif. hopper, than the 290 & 490 use, hopper size and dimension is same as late model 290-490; bottom casting has dimple in middle to fit over drive gear shaft with grease zerk; older hoppers will work if you change drive gear shaft to old slotted style, no grease zerk..
