How long since hyd filter was changed and sump screen cleaned? Have you tried hyd's with pto on & off or hyd hi-lo in both speeds? Does tractor have a FEL if so what type valve controls it. Look in hyd filler hole for spraying oil with engine running 3 pt raised up.
