pto clutch on 720

tractor sat for four years and now runs again. However the pto will not budge with the foot pedal. something bound up in the unit. any ideas would be helpfull. everythings works after overhauling the pony and rebuilding diesel pumps. fuel gauge even works. just pto unit bound up, thank you for any input before I take it apart later John

Same problem I had on my 70. remove the unit and disassemble the clutch pack. See what the oil looks like. I think this will be easy to isolate. However before you remove the unit check the linkage for problems. Russ

jdman. thanks for the reply. do you think if I would try to deadjust it may help. Or did something break in there. the pedal wants to do its job thank you
