Re-attaching serial num tags

I have several serial num tags to replace. The original pins that held them on are not useable again and a few broke off in disassembly.
Where can I get new pins? JD doesn't seem to have them.
I guess I could tap the holes and use screws.
What do you guys use?

I was told to use JD part #37H44

Yes, that is the correct part number. Any Deere dealer worth his salt should have these on the shelf. Mike

I think Stieners Tractors sell an alum. rivet for that purpose. 800 234 3280

Fastenal has them. Know what size you need. They are called drive pins I think
