how hard is it to work on wilco mags. I have a wilco c that has no spark don"t know really were to start or is it better to send away and have done. Thanks for any info.

A common problem is the points are burned or pitted, however they may just be gray oxide coated in which case if you clean/buff/polish them and set the gap heck she may fire right up...

Other electrical problems may be a bad condenser or coil while mechanical problems such as a broken impulse spring or inoperative impulse might be a problem..

Thanks for the info. It has good snap to it just no spark will try to put a tune up kit in it and see what happens Thanks

Im with John. Clean and reset points and then put a new condercer in.My WICO X quit firing it turned out to be the condencer. I put a 5 dollar NAPA condencer in it and it runs fine now.If that don fix it you will have to tear in to it to find the problem.
