i bought a model H for parts a couple years ago. took it apart and decided to rebuild it. always nice to save one rather than junk it out. anyway.....its back together.....runs great!.....but it doesnt want to shift into 2nd and 3rd gear as it should. i rebuilt the entire shift tower, and it shifts into reverse and 1st with no problems. it will shift into 2nd ok but doesnt really want to shift easily back out of 2nd.....and i've only got it to go into 3rd once. with it not running, it acts like it shifts into and out of 2nd and 3rd as it should, but apparently its not the case. what might cause this? did i miss something being worn out in the shift rails on the top of the transmission? thank you in advance for the help.
