I have a 5 speed tranny that has a bearing noise in the transmission while in neutral . When clutch is pressed noise stops. What are the main wear points on these tractors?
 
This sounds like a throwout collar on the tranny shaft/clutch. You should be able to inspect it and if that"s the case, I believe you"ll have "split" it.

Throw out bearing only runs with clutch depressed, so it isn't likely to be that. In neutral with clutch engaged, only the trans main shaft (input shaft) is turning look for bad bearing there.
 
Before I am corrected let me clarify that by saying; in neutral with the clutch engaged everything may be turning except the output shaft, so input shaft or counter shaft bearings may be the cause of noise. Good luck.
 
As Bob mentions below, you likely have a bad/worn bearing on your input shaft or cluster gear assembly down in the transmission. Good news is the bearings are still available; bad news is the entire back half of the tractor has to come apart to get down into the transmission for a rebuild. Not a difficult project, have done it many times but just takes time.
One of the main causes is lack of bearing lubrication. . . the input shaft bearings do not sit down in the gear oil and depend on splash/carry up lubrication. There is a small trough on the left side of the transmission case that directs oil to the front input shaft bearing. The trough can get blocked and the front bearing will fail if no oil is carried up to lubricate it.
