What size one you talking as you know soil type and depth is the determine factor on load .I have seen 8650 Dyno 350 hp.

our soil is mostly heavy, I was referring to a 7 shank model, I dont know the dyno on 8650 I know its about a 300hp tractor though.

I seem to recall the 8650 in the new product brochures that were put out back then rating it at around 235 pto horsepower and 290 engine horsepower. I think it would be safe to say that tractor actually would put out around 10 percent more at factory settings, which would put you up to close to 260 at the pto. If opened up any more than that, then who knows. Seven shanks in heavy soil will probably be quite a load.
