620-630 first reduction gears

Are the 620-630 first reduction gears the same? I see they run 2 different part numbers but use the same for the clutch drive gear. I am thinking about using them in a 48 A THanks

I haven't looked in the parts, but check the trans input shaft. It may be tapered spline, or it may be straight spline. That would make the difference in the reduction gear itself. Don't ask me why I brought this up.
