i have a 4320 that turns to the right as it should but is slow and hard to move the steering wheel back to the left. Any ideas. Ps all other hydraulics work as they should.

Sounds as if steering valve housing needs to be removed and valves inside housing adjusted or maybe replaced. It's also possible piston has moved on the operating tube.
