I have a 4200 and the floor board is rusted , can I buy one

You can create yourself a free account on jdparts.com and search for availability and price for any JD part It will note if the part is no longer available. I'm betting that you can get a new floorboard but I'm betting it is totally cost prohibitive. You may want to check the local salvage yards.
