1931 D rarity or value?

I came across a pretty nice original 1931 D. Can someone tell me, as I cannot remember, which years were the low production years for the D?

I can't remember if it started at 31 or 32.

1932 and 1933 are low production years! What is the asking price any pics to see what it looks like would help!

These serial #'s are the beginning for that year.

I seen a styled D at a farm auction on steel the engine stuck the tractor was a rust bucket and the sheet metal was dented bad it sold for 1300 dollars. If the guy that bought it was going to restore it he would have to sink a ton of money in it.He might of bought it to part it out like the steel wheels or internal parts etc.

The buyers guide I have shows 319 produced in 1932 and a 4 star rating for collectability as a "Depression D".
