The pto pump on my 48 A is leaking between the cover and body. I"ve taken the spring clip off of the pto shaft, My question is I cant pull the bearing and cover off by hand. Is the bearing pressed on? can I put three pieces of 3/8 rod in the pump cover and put a plate on end of shaft and pull the cover off without damaging something. Also what holes(locations) do the three 3/8 studs go in to bolt the pump cover on. does it make a difference? thanks for the help
