I've got power going out of circuit breakers but nothing at gauges and no lights. Any ideas? Circuit board?

Check the terminals at the breakers they get a bit loose and make a bad connection, loosen the nuts and even sand the eyelets. They can throw you a curve with the test light test, you hit the end of the stud and have power, but it don't transfer to the eyelet. The 30's don't have a circuit board.

Tim, I removed the nut and checked the ends. Clean. Reinstalled and tightened. JD parts shows AR62412 circuit board that goes in back of instrument cluster.

If it has the contact strips across the breakers like the 2wd tractors do if it hasnt been updated to the brass strips I'd highly recommend it. Those old aluminum strips should never have been put there, they smoosh and loosen up causing bad connections at best and heat and fire at worst.

That is more like a printed circuit, I have seen the plugs go bad on them from shaking around.

I see the key switch ground and appears OK. Are the others grounded through the console support?

I think there is a ground wire coming in main harness for the dash.Lack of ground there would affect all the gauges.
