4630 4640 4555 4560 4650 4850 4755 4760 4955 and 4960 8640 8650 all had 4 inch axles and dual hubs from any of those should work on your 4640

| I assume you are talking 10 bolt duals the hubs are the same but wedges are different.JD hubs are in 1/8s [4450 3/5/8][ 4650 3/7/8 ]also listed in mms.The dual hubs on our newer tractor are made different but wedges still interchange.The same wedges are used on drive[inside] wheels.Usually salvage yards will trade especially if yours are the most popular 3/5/8s.From JD the wedges are over $200 a piece and it takes four so best to buy correct as they sell for around $750 complete.

| Most 4630s were 3 5/8 axles not the same as 4640. Better measure before you buy.
