4020 brakes

Each brake valve actuating piston has a mechanical pin that independently open its equalizing valve. The pin controlled by the left actuating piston is stuck in its bore holding that valve open. This valve should be closed when using right brake by itself. Result in both brakes being applied when right brake is only activated. These control pins are located in the top section of the brake valve in an angled bore between the actuating piston. They are about an inch long and 3/16” in diameter.
