got the loader home today thanks for all your input. also got the hydraulics plumbed and put a bale of hay out with it not bad for a $100 if ya ask me.

Agreed, and.............if you don't need the bucket, it can be replaced with a 'set' of homemade forks quite easily.
 
Looks good, I fed the cows silage tonight with a 3020 and 46A loader(skid loader had a flat tire).I prefer the 3020 and loader anyway because it rides smoother(I have a bad back) less jerking.

I'm glad you got it home. Although it's no a quick disconnect type loader it's well worth $1000. I agree with Thurlow if bucket isn't needed I'd remove it and install a bale fork/spears.
