i was wondering if the pistons 201,000 serial numbers and up, have the same stroke as the early serial numbers for the B's. im boring my 1940 block which is 4 1/2 bore to 4 11/16. It will work just want to make sure the stroke would be the same? thanks

| According to my manual, all styled B's have a 5.5 inch stroke. Shouldn't be a problem.

If the valves are ground well, it should Pep it up a good bit..!! Ron..
