Model A JD clutch

I am looking for the double clutch facings for a model A serial# 644365. (1950) Everything I have found is for SN# 648000 and up. What is the differance?

They quit making a seperate one for the earlier one. Was only a little thinner I believe.The one for the later one will fit and work just fine.

Brian,
The parts catalog (PC675) shows the same facings being used for A's before and after ser# 648000. The part# is C614R.

The JD parts website shows C614R was replaced by R90215 with a cost of $19.63
