Volt meter shows hard discharge. Alternator had recent spin check at the local repair shop and checks out good. Can't see any corrosion, bare spots, breaks in wires and connectors. Batteries go down over a few weeks if not run but charge right up and hold for a few weeks more. What's next?

Have batteries been load tested?? If alternator/regulator is good then dead cell in one or more batteries.
