Temp gauge quite working and will not register at all. Even when the key is turned on and off the needle doesn't move. How do i test it and the sender? Also where do i find the sender? Thanks in advance

Sender is on the rear top of the head, you may be able to get to it with the hood on to test. If you take a jumper wire and turn the key on and hook one end to the sender wire and the other end to a good ground the guage should go to it's highest reading.If the guage doesn't move, it is faulty, if the guage goes up,the sender is faulty. Only other thing it could be is the connections in the dash itself are bad,but if the other guages work, it is more than likely the sender.
