I have a John Deere 2030, and the three point hitch doesn"t lower. I checked the manual and found out there is a adjusting screw that determing the rate of speed the hitch drops. I adjusted it all the way in and no change. There is also a lever that adjusts the draft. I moved that lever up and down and no chage.
