Ok so we picked up a f125 2 bottom today put on the tractor and it won't pick it up without helping a little. When it is up it stays there. Is there a bypass that can be adjusted on the powertrol? Tha engine does not labor when picking it up.Thanks, Jim

I think I found the proper adjusting screww. But they talk about removing/adding washers to adjust the presure that I don't find in the books i have any help would sure be nice. Thanks, Jim

You need the Owners manual. Its in there. Also, a larger diameter cylinder is the best approach, as it gets alot heavier when stuck in the ground. Make sure you have 30 wt oil in the powertrol also.

I did some searching and found where the presure relief valve and spring are now to find some thin washers.

I just measured the thickness of the shims that were in there subtracted the thickness of a washer and added enough thin shims to bring it back to original and added 2 more shims. we'll see if that works here in a minute.

I shimmed it more then I should and it still sounds like it is bypassing. Is ther anything else to look for? The plow is up in the air to see if it settles overnight.

I would perform a pressure check on your scv. If it is up to pressure I would leave it be. The B was not suggested by Deere to be used with the 800 hitch, and for good reason. Even if you get the B to pick it up you won't be able to keep the fronted on the ground. A 44 plow will suit the B. if you insist on a mounted plow get a 50 or an A.
