I agree with Bushog, I would re check your clutch. You just overlooked something simple. Hang in there you will get it going. What did you replace in the clutch. Just the disks? Or everything? Good luck.

hsd to replace everything when i got it the clutch cover was on and when i took it off to check the clutch it was empty.So i had to buy two disk a driver and a ajustment plate i have check and reasembled 2 or 3 times and no change to much end play even tighting up the flywheel confused.I have a 45 A hand start that has end play and clutch works fine.

Often times a new aftermarket driver doesn't go on far enough so you need to put 2 disks behind it. Use a worn one & a new one or 2 worn ones etc. Also, if you remove the whole pulley you can look at the T-bolts & dogs to see if worn excessively. There's a bearing & a bushing in therethat need clean grease also.
