I have a friend who has a 1941 L and wants to sell the mower, single bottom plow and wheel weights. I have no idea of their value and would appreciate some guidance. The items are located in West Central New Hampshire, near the Vermont border.

$1 per lb. on the weights unless there is something exceptional about them. The plow I would say $150. I would like to think the sickle bar mower would be worth $500 since I have one for my LA, but I don't really think they are worth that much. Not many people use them and they are getting hard to find parts for. It's a chore to take it on and off the tractor. I guess it depends on the condition as well as if he is looking to just get rid of them or get a good price.

Another thing that should really effect the value is if they are operational and have all the mounting parts ect. So many times these implements get set aside and all the little needed brackets and what nots are not around anymore and really hard to find them too.

Depends somewhat on condition, mowers are not too plentiful, one in good shape should be $500. Bottom plows are pretty common but if it is complete with coulter could be $100 - $150. L rear weights probably $100 each. All depends on finding a buyer near by because of shipping.

you would think the weights would be more than a dollar a pound , people trying to sell fronts weights that arent as hard to come by for 800-1000 for 730 tractors.
