Hey guys I have a Deere 5310 that won"t start.
When I turn the key switch I get nothing. I tried
to jumper across the seat safety and still
nothing. I assume there has to be a neutral
safety switch also but can"t find where it is.
Does anyone have a wiring diagram they could
post? Any suggestions?

Thanks

Yep checked the fuses. Lights work. Dash
light come on when I turn the key. Good
battery. Checked he connections at the battery,
starter and ground. Not getting voltage to the
selenoid.

Check that power is coming out of wire 571 on the key switch then check PTO switch, neutral switch (on gear level), if you have power to this point, then check the start relay.

The seat switch does NOT affect starting on the 5X10 tractors.

Thanks for the help guys. Turns out is was the neutral safety switch. Got if fixed and running again. Man that switch is hard to get too. Had to take off the fender and platform sheet metal to get to it. That was 75% of the job.

Thanks again for the help.
