I have to say I don't know Ronspies personally and when I last saw the place was about 35 years ago. I just remember it as a growing collection of junk when I was a teenager.

I grew up in Norfolk and had relatives in Pierce and other towns in the area. The Square Turn tractor remark caught my eye, and I knew Gary is from the same area. He is the guy who could probably provide more detail than anyone else about the collection.

Hopefully more than a few of those tractors will go to good homes and get transformed or preserved.

Wish I had a little money.

I'd like to go to the auction just to take some pictures of the unusual stuff he's got. Most of it very original.

Got any more pictures?

If you search his name the auction list and alot of photos pop up in one of the auction house websites . I'm saying to bobs tasteless comment about a man's passion for collecting... Where's your hundreds of thousands of $ in scrap at ?

Yeah, and I just want to clarify. When I say "junk" or "scrap", I mean "beautiful junk" and "gold plated scrap". I kind of assumed you meant something similar.

I would be proud to have any and all of that stuff sitting on my place, just so I could drag folks out and show it to them incessantly : )
