There is two steel lines that are up by were a remote would be and then a hose with clamps on it going in to the tractor under the seat can I use one of these steel lines to run my loader valve for the pressure side .This is the newer 830 not the old one.

Yes plumbing the hyd control valve in a pressure line allowing the valve to let the oil flow in the same path that it was should work. CAUTION::: be sure the added control valve is ""open-center"".

I'm not sure that the 820/830/2040 open center tractors operated at 2250 psi. I think some research is in order before adjusting the loader control valve relief valve to 2250 psi. I sure wouldn't want you to split the gear pump housing.

It's been too many yrs since I installed loaders on the Mannheim open center tractors for me to testify. The parts photo(WP 1704) with the hoses displayed is the way JD engineers thought your tractor should be plumbed for a loader. On most open center hyd's all one needs to do is insert a OC loader valve in the supply line from frt hyd pump(IE cut line and put valve in between) for loader & other hyd's to operate correctly. I'll give it some more thought and reply back later.

Ok thanks any help would be appreciated I do not see why it
would not work and then I would not have to buy that part just
some fittings.

Does your tractor have this valve on RH side by the seat?????

If so I think you're going to need something similar to parts key # 28

Yes that is exactly what I have .Could I not tee into one of the
pressure lines ? Is the small line that comes out of the front
pump a pressure line there is two small ones and one just
abit bigger a think that is a return line .

You are thinking closed center. As TxJim said, an open center systems valves are plumbed in series.
So find a coupling in the high pressure line down stream of the pump. Open the coupling and connect the loader valve inlet to the pump side of the HP line. Connect the loader valve outlet to the other open side of the HP line.
Make certain there is a relief valve between the pump and the loader cylinders.Or bad things will happen. The loader control valve may have a relief in it ? 2250psi would be close.

So hook them on the same line ( pressure line) and just let oil flow through it instead of one on the pressure and one on the return .Since it is open center all I need is the flow. Thanks am I on the right track now

Would have been better to stay back with the previous post where txjim loaded the closed and open center images.
Is the tractor open or closed center? Is the loader valve open or closed center?
There were "three" 830's.
The two cylinder.
830 three cylinder open center for the US market built in Mannheim.
The European three cylinder 830 also sold in Canada, built in Mannheim and sometimes imported into the US. There were built with either early open or late closed center hydraulics.
So it depends what 830 and loader variants you own.
This link should get you int the JD parts site.

On my 830 it says type 830 code 830a serial number 158234 it is a 3 cylinder diesel. As the loader goes it came of a yanmar about the same size so I think the valve is open center. I will have to make brackets to fit I have done alot of messuring and have that part figured out. I just do not have the hydraulics figured out yet.thanks
