I"m looking for rear wheel weights for my 4020. I"ve noticed that there are different part numbers for them. What part number would I need for this 4020 and what is the difference? Is it the weight?

Larry

Although I've installed/removed 100's of the R3404 weights that number wouldn't surface in my head. You're correct. The aftermarket weights from B&W and Taylor foundries weren't as smooth and nice as JD foundry weights but the JD dealer I worked sold a lot of aftermarket weights because they weighed the same and cost a lot less $$$$.

I have a pair for sale here in central NY. I'd have to look at them to find the casting number. They are what I believe are called "Z" weights? I think that some later weights, that look identical, actually have a larger center hole.

I have had a lot of wheel weights and the most common have R3404 cast stamped on them. There are weights with round holes, oblong holes,Zweights [for adjustment] and larger center Z weights that fit over 9 bolt hub ,all weighing 140#.Weights from the number series all the way to 4455 will all fit, just nice if they are all the same.I dont know part#s.There are also some 100# weights that look like they should be on letter series that have been on a few. Many different ones that fit but the right ones to me are R3404 Z weight w/9/1/4 center. They usually bring around $100 a piece at sales. There are also some after market ones that have B+W stamped on them but I try not to buy them.
