Do getting the Float Ride springs made by these guys last much better than the others on the market that I'm sure came here on a boat? Getting tired of havingto change these all the time when the rubber tears. |

I got a pair from them a couple years ago as a last ditch effort, since all the others before failed me. One tore after about a year of occasional use. I am disgusted and have no intentions on replacing anymore until someone actually makes a good one that is tried and proven.

Yes, they do make their own but I was told they are on back order as well due to the poor quality of all the others. Things may be different by now. Mike

I bought three sets from another vendor (who made each one right, to his credit) and every set did not last. They ended up replacing them with a set from Minn-Kota. One is still good but the other lasted less than a year. I am wondering if anyone makes a good set anymore. One of the sets I had went bad before I even had the seat mounted on the tractor. I was told by a vendor at the Expo that the supplier that furnishes them does a better job now but they are on back order. So nobody has any of the good ones in stock yet. Mike

I would like to know that too. The last set tore during the installation. I just purchased a set through K&K. I have always been happy with their service and products, so hopefully these will last a long time. I am going to install them today so if something goes wrong I will post back.
