| | Tim S I'm with you. I'm still amazed that the guy would sprnd that kind of money on a tractor and let it just set until the weeds grow up around it. Did you find anything else over there other than what you posted pics of a while back? Chris |

| No, I never heard what was in the one barn that has always been locked up,,I think I will call my friend that bought the 4960 and see if he heard, rumor was that it had several "new' Massey Harris tractors in it, I know the guys grand Father was a Massey Harris dealer way back then, the family always had plenty of money,,and people with easy money seem to do silly things,,when we need to work "twice" as hard for "half" as much,we pay more attention to what we do with it... |

| | I couldn't remember if you ever put anything more up or not. That would be interesting to know if there were still some new tractors in the barn. I agree with teh working twice as hard for half the money. I get mad over wasting a dollar much less money for a new 200hp tractor. Chris |

| Yes, he lives about 10 miles from me. he used it some last spring, had to replace some oil lines that were dried out, it was rusting some under the hood labels,,seems to be okay, It still amazes me that the guy let it set out back for all those years,,and then for it to start up (after fresh battery's and fuel)and drive away,,It was kinda shaded back there in the summer sun,,may have helped it a bit....if you look close you can see it bubbling some under the decal.. |
