A friend has a JD 2350 and after about a hour of work it starts to have a vibration that does not seam to be related to the clutch or engine. It can be felt in the loader joy stick. After it cools down it's gone. Fluid levels are good. Any ideas? Thanks PK. |

Sounds as if the frt hyd pump is cavitation from either lack of sufficient supply oil from trans pump or an internal high pressure hyd leak. At lot of hyd diagnoses will be required. Check hyd components with a laser thermometer for excessive heat. What types loader control valve? How long since hyd filter was changed and sump screen cleaned?? Changing filter and cleaning sump screen would be first on my diagnoses list. |

| I Finally got to check the 2350 my self and the vibration is through out the hydraulic system. The loader stutters up or down as does the three point which also moves up and down about an inch on it"s own. The loader valve lines can be seen to vibrate. I can see no oil spray or vapor through the fill hole. Any ideas? |

| Sounds as if it's a hyd problem. Probably main hyd pump cavitation from not having enough supply oil from trans pump or an internal high pressure hyd leak. First thing to do is with 3pt raised, engine running look inside hyd oil filler hole for spraying oil. Second check hyd stand-by pressure in rear remote plugin equipped) for 2250-2350 psi.3rd disconnect joystick valve return hose, aim in hyd filler hole or 5 gal. bucket, crank engine with JS in neutral and see if any oil shoots out hose.4th report here the tests results. |
