how do you install the seed drop tubes in a 71 flex planter? I thought i had them in, but they both fell out in the field while I was planting corn. The part number on my seed tube is AA26288.thanks |

| Kind of depends on which style of tube you're talking about; I cannot find that number in the parts catalog. Is this a rectangular sheetmetal tube, round tube for the sugar beet bottom, or a plastic one? |

| Well, its a rectangular shaped sheet metal tube about 8 inches long and with a sort of tab, or tang on top. It has 4 short threaded ( 1/2 inch) small rods on two sides. I don't really know how else to describe it. |

| On those there is a little tab towards the bottom of the tube. This tab hooks into a little U-shaped clip that is bolted onto the structure right between the opener disks. The part number for the clip is B28961. |
