Load control, rockshaft questions

Ok the main purpose of installing the 3pt is to mount my back hoe on the 720 and run it off the PTO using a PTO driven pump. I was thinking that as long as I had it opened up I would put the load control in if possible. now the questions. When I look at the parts book for the Rockshaft housing I see only one possibility. but when looking at the diagrams it appears that there should be a cylinder ported to the reservoir for the Load control dashpot to reside in but not for position responsive. I have the load control arm order because it it shown in both cases. I haven't found the Dashpot yet So the load control might be a mute point. Do you think that the pulling generated by a backhoe might be to much for the control circuits and cause the rockshaft to jump all up and down while working? Looks like I should have drained the fluid instead of trying to save it by scooping it out. anyways it's snowing now and I don't have a garage to work in. So until the part and the sun show up. I was hoping that someone who has seen the bottom of the housing might let me know what's down there.

Thanks Loren
