Here's some pictures of me turning under an alfalfa field this fall in Tippecanoe County, IN. It's just a cell phone camera so they're not the greatest.

It looks a little wet in this picture but there was a heavy frost that morning so it's just a little sticky on top.

The Massey 880 6-18 on-land works really well with the 4630. It was actually my first time running it. There isn't much plowing anymore so I enjoyed even just these 5 acres.

Thanks

Really beautiful ground, looks dark and rich. I bet you can grow just about anything on that.
I can almost smell it. Looks like your 4630 is pulling that turning plow buried to the frame with no problem. Thanks for posting

It is doing a nice job, my Dad would say "you could put a broken handle shovel in ground like that,,and it would grow a new handle"

Beautiful job! As my dad used to say: "A well plowed field is half harrowed!"

(There was a little directed instruction in that statement when he applied it to me as I got ready to go out and plow!!)

wonderful...good pics for a phone. i can smell
the ground too....like those days in may when i used to skip school to turn dirt. that will grow some CORN!!
