I have been told about a John Deere model 1050 tractor, approximately 1984 vintage, for sale with a rebuilt engine for $6,500. I do not know the model 1050 tactor, and do not see it listed in YT Mag. Does anyone know anything about this model and, if so, whether $6,500 is a good price? Any help would be much appreciated.

I own a 1982 model 1050, 1300 Hrs.Total, 75 fontend loader, new rubber all around. This tractor has and all most bullet proof motor. I have added gages, ropes ( roll over proection)bar, and a custom built top. This has been and excellant tractor.
