4039 torque specs

I's in need of some specs for a 4039 diesel that is naturally aspirated. It's in a mobark chipper around a 1991 year model. I need cylinder head, main bearing, and rod bearing torque. Do you check injection pump timing by pinning the flywheel and should the marks in the window of the pump be aligned? Is the pump housing mark to the front cover mounting plate all that is needed to time the pump. What are the valve settings also? What is the torque for the oil pump drive gear. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That much info and more is better found in the service manual rather than over the internet.
