Hubs and Centers

Will F857R centers work with A2994R hubs? These are 12 spline A hubs, 6 bolt pattern. The center is a late styled one off a G and looks like an identcal bolt pattern, with one size larger bolt holes (that can be remedied with a thin steel bushing).

Three of the six holes line up, the other three do not. The A and B six bolt center/patterns will interchange but G is a little different.

I just figured that out.

Wish i would have known before I put a few hours of work into painting them. Who wants to trade?

Been there done that too only many years ago. Another difference if it matters is: the A and B wheel six bolt pattern are the same and wedges will interchange but the B cast wheel has less clamps and studs to clamp rim to wheel. If originality isn't an issue they will work just fine but an A did originally have more clamps to rim than a B. If I remember correctly the casting were the same only not as many drilled and tapped on the B. DW
