4640 pto conversion to changable 540 1000

is there a way to convert a 4640 pto so that it will have both 1000 and 540 with out having to reduce the engine speed to get the 540 ?

NO factory options there.

One way to get 540 is with a $$$ gear reducer from Hub City Gear.

We've got one of those reducers upstairs were I work, came off of a 4630 we traded in. I'm sure our salesmen would give you a good deal on it. Just thought I'd let you know.
