I recently purchased a two row McCormick Deering pto driven corn binder(I didn't even realize they made two row binders). I would like to find out as much about it as I can. The machine is in great shape for it's age, it's been well oiled and looks like it has been kept undercover. I haven't actually bundled corn with it yet, but the guy I bought it from claimed it works good. And it still even has a good amount of the orginal paint. I was wondering what it might be worth, I paid $600 for it at auction. But mostly I would like to find out more info. Thanks for any help in advance!

Hello, Tim T.
I just started going to this site and saw your posting from about 2 years ago about having purchased a 2 row corn binder. I'm trying to find one to purchase. I don't know what part of the country you are in, but am wondering if you know of any others. Thank you for any help you can give me.

Mine does not have an elevator. It looks like it did at one time, it still has the place to bolt one on and the linkage to power it. Maybe this late summer/fall when the corn grows tall enough I'll see if I can come up with a camcorder.
